3D load planning

Load plans your warehouse can actually build.

From product to carton, carton to pallet, pallet to truck or container. Paste your item list, pick a container: first 3D plan in under 60 seconds, with a free account created in two fields.

Nothing to install: everything runs in the browser, on Mac, PC or tablet.

Three facts, zero empty promises

  • < 60 sfrom Excel paste to first 3D plan, free account in two fields
  • 34EUR pallets on the floor of a 13.6 m trailer — the turned layout industry tables (33) never find
  • €0to view a shared plan, forever

How it works

Three moves, one complete plan

  1. Paste your rows from Excel

As they are: shuffled columns, mixed units (mm, cm, inches), stray total rows, merged cells. We sort it out — and if a height is missing, we still compute, with a value flagged as “estimated”.

  2. Pick a container

20', 40', 40'HC container, 13.6 m trailer, EUR pallet, carton… The most common one is preselected, and you can create your own. The calculation starts on its own as soon as the input is valid.

  3. Read the 3D — and the sequence

Fill rate, weight, an interactive 3D view, and a numbered loading sequence your dock team follows step by step, on a phone if needed. An item does not fit? The reason is spelled out.

Design choices

A plan you can build, not a picture you look at

Five design decisions, held end to end. Each answers a documented complaint about this market — not a trend.

A sequence, not a screenshot

Every plan ships with its numbered loading sequence: “item 12 — row 3, back left, on pallet 7”. The dock team follows it step by step, phone in hand. A beautiful plan the warehouse cannot build is not optimization: it is theater.

Manual editing that listens

Grab a crate, drop it where the dock needs it, lock it: the engine recomputes everything else around it. Unlimited undo, and every move is validated server-side — a physically impossible plan simply cannot ship.

Real-world shapes

Drums and reels staggered to save height, compressible bags, long items stowed along a wall. We load our own containers of kayaks and paddles: non-cuboid cargo is our daily routine, not a roadmap line.

Radical transparency

Every price is public. Every unplaced item carries a written reason — “exceeds the container payload”, never “an error occurred”. And the same input always returns the same plan, to the millimetre.

The whole chain

Product → carton → pallet → truck or container, in one flow. Enter at any step, exit at any other: palletize your cartons, then load those pallets, on the same screen.

Who it's for

One job, one clear win

Freight forwarder

Mixed, oversized, non-stackable cargo: grab the crate, drop it, everything else recomputes around it. Then the PDF goes into the client file — clean, dimensioned, under your brand.

Industrial exporter

Your dimensions live in an item catalogue, not a stale spreadsheet. Forgiving Excel import, 20' / 40' / 40'HC comparison in one click, honest CBM.

Sales rep quoting freight

The answer during the call, not the next day: “1 × 40'HC + 1 × 20'”, with the picture to paste into the email. No manual, no software budget — a free account is all it takes.

E-commerce, D2C brand

Cartonization, supplier restocks, the 20'-or-40' call. For less per year than what one badly loaded pallet costs you.

Manifesto

Six industry habits we refuse to inherit

This software category has developed habits with its customers. We took the opposite path — and we put it in writing.

  • No paid trials.

Some vendors charge for the trial itself. Our Discovery plan is permanent and free: no credit card, no countdown.

  • Viewers are free, forever.

A load plan travels: the sales rep quotes it, the logistics manager validates it, the forklift driver executes it. We do not charge for every pair of eyes that looks at it.

  • Shared links never die.

The plan you sent your client stays viewable forever, even if your subscription ends. Our database literally has no expiry field on a share link.

  • Every price is public.

From free to Business, everything is listed in the open. No tier triggers a mandatory sales call — our sales team waits to be called.

  • Full 3D in every plan.

Interactive 3D and manual editing, including on the free plan. Elsewhere, 3D vanishes from the entry tier to force an upgrade.

  • No data held hostage.

Cancelling? You can still export every one of your plans as CSV and PDF. It is written into our terms, not just on this page.

For scale: the category leader lists its one-user annual licence at €699. Ours is €79.99.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers

Do I need an account to try it?

A free account is all it takes: two fields (email + password), no credit card, no upfront verification. It unlocks 3 load simulations per month — enough to test on your real loads. And viewing a shared plan never requires an account.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, and it is permanent — not a trial that expires. The Discovery account (email + password) includes 3 load simulations per month, 15 item references per plan, 1 container and 3 watermarked PDF exports per month, with full 3D and manual editing.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays yours. You can export all your plans as CSV and PDF even after cancelling, and the links you shared remain viewable forever. It is written into our terms.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ALPHA LOADING runs entirely in the browser — Mac, PC, tablet, phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update, no IT department to involve.

What does it do that Excel doesn't?

Excel adds up volumes; it does not place boxes. ALPHA LOADING computes real 3D positions, honours stacking, orientation and weight limits, produces a numbered loading sequence, and returns the same result on every run, to the millimetre. A plan that took days in a spreadsheet — and one extra reference was enough to throw away — recomputes in seconds.

Does my client have to pay to view the plan I send them?

Never. Viewers are free, with no account and no limit: the link opens the interactive 3D view in their browser, phone included, and it stays valid forever.

Your next load deserves better than a spreadsheet.

Paste your rows as they are, pick a container, watch the truck fill up. First plan in under 60 seconds — the account only shows up if you want to keep it.
