Pricing questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Everything happens from your account — no call, no justification.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Two clicks, from the Account page. No notice period, no retention form, no mandatory call. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then switches to Discovery.
What happens to my data and links if I cancel?
Nothing dies. Your plans stay viewable, your share links stay online forever, and you can export all of your plans as CSV and PDF, even after cancelling. No data is ever held hostage.
Is the Discovery plan really free, forever?
Yes. It is not a trial: 3 load simulations per month, the full 3D view and manual editing, with no time limit and no credit card. And opening a shared plan never requires an account or a licence.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT depends on your country; EU businesses with a valid intra-community VAT number are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism. The exact amount is shown before payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual Business and Enterprise plans can also be paid by bank transfer, on invoice. Every payment comes with a downloadable invoice.
What is the 72-hour Pass for?
Loading a container occasionally without subscribing: €4.99 for 72 hours of full Pro access, limited to 2 purchases per entity. From your third load in a year, the annual Pro plan at €79.99 becomes the better deal.
