The engine computes, you adjust by hand, the server guarantees everything holds — and every parcel left out comes with a plain-language reason. This page describes what the product does today, nothing more.

Selling point #1

Grab a box, drop it, lock it — the engine recomputes everything around it.

No automatic plan survives contact with the dock: there is always one machine that ships first, one crate that must stay by the door. Here, hands-on editing is not a workaround — it is the heart of the product.

  • Drag and drop, validated server-side. The browser proposes, the engine decides: an invalid position is rejected with its reason. You cannot create an overlap or a floating box, even by hand.

  • Lock, then recompute around it. Pin one or more boxes exactly where you want them and rerun the optimisation: the engine rearranges everything else without ever touching what you pinned.

  • Manual rotation. Rotate a parcel with a single key; forbidden orientations (this-side-up, fixed footprint) stay forbidden, even under your mouse.

  • Multi-selection. A column, a stack or a whole block: move a group of boxes in one gesture.

  • Unlimited undo / redo. Ctrl+Z walks back the entire editing session. Try things, compare, step back safely.

The server is the authority: nothing you see on screen was invented by the browser.

Selling point #2

A numbered loading sequence, not a pretty picture.

A beautiful load design the warehouse cannot build is not optimisation — it is theatre. Every plan ships with its loading order, from the first parcel to the last.

  • Numbered steps. Every parcel knows its loading rank: #47 goes in after #46, never before.

  • Animated playback. Press play and watch the container fill up in order — the fastest way to check a plan is buildable.

  • Step through, box by box. Unsure about a step? Go back one parcel, forward one parcel, at the pace of the real loading.

  • Readable on the forklift driver's phone. The share link opens on mobile, no account needed: the person loading is standing on a dock, not sitting at a Windows desktop.

3D that stays smooth at 1,000 parcels.

The viewer is not a gimmick: it is where you check, select and move things. It is built to stay responsive on a full load.

  • 60 frames per second at 1,000 parcels. Every box is drawn in a single render call (GPU instancing). For us, smoothness is a release-blocking budget, not a wish.

  • Preset views. Isometric, top, side, door: one click back to the angle that speaks to you.

  • Dimensioned 2D views. Orthogonal views with their measurements — many people position better in 2D than in a 3D orbit, so the editor offers both.

  • Selection and detail. Click a box: its dimensions, weight and exact position appear while the rest fades back.

No parcel set aside in silence.

The worst state for a plan is doubt: “did everything make it in?”. If a parcel does not fit, you see it immediately — and you know why.

  • A red banner you cannot dismiss. As long as parcels remain on the dock, the plan says so. No export can hide a leftover.

  • A typed reason for every parcel. Oversized, over weight limit, out of room, stacking constraint, impossible orientation: every rejection is classified, parcel by parcel.

  • In plain language, with a next step. Never “an error occurred”. A rejected parcel tells you why, in your language, with enough to decide what comes next: switch equipment, lift a constraint, split the shipment.

Paste your Excel exactly as it is.

Your packing lists live in a spreadsheet, and it is rarely clean. We take it as it comes, show you what we understood, then compute.

  • Paste straight from Excel. Select your rows, paste them into the table: no file to format, no mandatory template.

  • Shuffled columns recognised. Name, dimensions, weight, quantity: the order of your columns is detected, not dictated.

  • Mixed units converted. mm, cm, m, inches — a unit written in the cell (“90 cm”, “47in”) always beats the default.

  • Preview before it applies. Every row is validated before your eyes; rejected rows (totals, empty cells) are listed with their reason, before anything touches your plan.

  • Partial data accepted. Missing height? We compute anyway, with a sensible default clearly flagged as “estimated” — never slipped in silently.

  • Article library. Your references are saved and recalled through autocomplete: you never type the same carton twice.

Real-world constraints, one click per reference.

A plan that ignores fragility or this-side-up is a plan the warehouse will ignore. Each reference carries its own rules, and the engine enforces them — including during your manual edits.

  • Non-stackable. Nothing will ever be placed on top.

  • Fragile — 100% support. A fragile box rests on a full surface, not on two edges.

  • This side up. The vertical axis is locked: the arrow stays up, including during manual rotation.

  • Non-rotatable. The length / width footprint stays fixed when the goods require it.

  • Maximum load on top. State what a box can bear, in kilograms; the engine never stacks beyond it.

  • Maximum stacking height. 1.80 m, 2.20 m… you set the ceiling.

And for every box, with no option to tick: a minimum of 75% support under the base, guaranteed by the engine. No box ever floats.

Load by groups, unload without dismantling everything.

Three deliveries in the same truck? Assign each reference to a group: groups load in order, each behind a virtual partition, the first one to unload right by the door.

  • Unloading order guaranteed. Taking group 1 out does not move a single parcel from the groups behind it.

  • Virtual partition between groups. Groups never mix and never stack across each other.

  • One-click assignment. A dropdown per row in the reference table — no configuration to learn.

26 ready-to-use containers and trucks — plus your own.

Sea containers, European trucks, vans, pallets: realistic internal dimensions, not brochure numbers. And when your equipment is non-standard, you create it yourself.

  • Sea containers. 20′, 40′, 40′ High Cube, 45′, Open Top, Flat Rack, Reefer — with their real dimensions: a 20′ reefer is nearly 45 cm shorter than a 20′ dry, the classic quoting trap.

  • European trucks and vans. 13.60 m semi-trailer, mega, refrigerated, flatbed, 12 t and 19 t rigids, 12 and 20 m³ vans — down to the last mile.

  • Pallets. EUR / EPAL 1, 2 and 3, half and quarter pallets, GMA 48″ × 40″, Asian 1100 × 1100, Australian 1165 × 1165, plastic.

  • Custom equipment. Create a container to your own dimensions, name it, duplicate it. A system preset copies and adjusts without ever altering the original.

  • Limited fleet. “I only have 2 trucks”: cap the number of available containers, the plan respects it and any leftover is called out.

  • Metric ⇄ imperial. Switch in one click, and mixed input is tolerated — your US suppliers think in inches, not millimetres.

Deliverables you can present — and links that never die.

A finished plan has to leave the screen: into the client file, onto the dock, back into your spreadsheet. And what you share stays reachable, whatever happens to your subscription.

  • Professional PDF, in French or English. The document language is independent of the interface language: you work in French, your client reads in English.

  • High-resolution PNG. The 3D view exactly as on screen, full definition, ready to paste into a quote email.

  • Re-importable CSV. The export pastes straight back into the editor — your data is never held hostage.

  • Public 3D share link. The recipient opens the interactive plan with no account and no licence. The link is permanent — it outlives your subscription — and revocable at any time.

Viewers are free, forever. That is a hard product rule, not a promotion.

Same input, same plan, to the millimetre.

A tool that returns a different plan on every rerun loses your trust by the second rerun. Ours is deterministic by construction.

  • Reproducible. Run the same computation ten times: ten times the same plan, down to the same positions.

  • Whole millimetres. All geometry lives in integer millimetres — no floating-point rounding, no phantom 0.0001 mm overlaps.

  • The server is the authority. Every plan on screen, including after your edits, has been validated by the engine: no overlap, no floating box, no overload.
